With no press release and no notification to the media, only notes were sent to Vegas Poker 24/7 affiliates to advise that the company reached an agreement to merge with Absolute Poker.Vegas Poker 24/7 has been a skin of Absolute Poker since its inception, but the new agreement indicates that Absolute Poker has officially purchased the smaller site and taken over the ownership. There were no reasons given for the merger and change of ownership.
