In an effort to expand and begin sponsoring land-based tournaments, Titan Poker has chosen the Eurocity Poker
Tour (ECPT) as the first of many more to come. The ECPT begins in May of 2008 – May 9th through 12th, to be exact – with its inaugural stop at the Casino Gran Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
The field of the first ECPT tournament will be limited to a field of 200 players, so it will behoove players to qualify early. Titan Poker is giving all of its online players a chance to do just that with numerous satellites. Winners will receive a prize package that includes a 1000 Euro buy-in into the ECPT, along with two round-trip airline tickets from anywhere in Europe to Madrid, and hotel and meal accommodations for three nights for two people.
