Wowsy wowsy woowoo, we’re done for the day. Unbelievable that we’ll get some sleep (forget the poker stuff). Midway through the third level of the day, shortstack Lowell Kim busted out and the day was done. Chips bagged, table assignments made, and everyone has fled.
Jamie Gold kept the chip lead with 15% of the chips in play. Jeff Lisandro and Prahlad Friedman made it through, and again the best player in the room is sitting one above the median player left. In my view, all roads lead through Allen Cunningham, and until he leaves the room, all bets are off. There are four short stacks with an M under five, and with places 19-27 paid the same, there could be some fireworks early. A final photo dump, then on to the wrap for Linda.
Doug Kim, the guy I’m pulling for through all of this.
Rhett Butler from Rockville, MD.
Kevin Aaronson from Mission Viejo. He’s a definite tough hombre. Thanks for all of your support, and talk to you later.
Thanks for these updates, for those of us who cant be there it brings the coverage to life.
Has anyone tried talking to “Ari” yet?
Seems like a lot of negative reports about his mannerisms at the tables.
Keep up the great work CC!
Is Doug Kim still alive?
Great work CC. At least we can enjoy it through you.
