Just booked my flight for the WSOP (out on 31 May, back 18 July). I’ll be busy working days and nights, but I’d like to play two events at least up from my one $2k event last year. eMail me at csquard@gmail.com or leave a comment as to what you’re planning to play when. I’ll keep up with it, and we’ll be sure to cover this at PokerWorks.

I know many people are blocked from information at work, so these types of nuggets are often well received.

It ended too early, but hoy made it all the way to 101st in the FTOPS Main Event before moving in with his pocket 8’s and being called by QJs. She came on the turn to send all the railbirds scattering. It was a great run, and hoy has truly transitioned from a poker blogger yucking it up to a solid tourney player. Well done, sir.

In other news, BoostedJ has the 2+2′ers all atwitter with a $60k loan/staking dispute with The Filth. Just crazy stuff.

I’m outta here with a very busy week ahead. Final preparations for my trip out to the WSOP, and I’ll talk more about that this week. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I was in Mr. Tillman’s class in 5th grade when I shouted those words and ran out of class when he told me my little brother had been born. And now PokerPeaker has shouted the same thing as his beautiful twin girls have come into this world. And I though cracking aces twice with kings then with 79o was something to celebrate…

OK, maybe that’s an overstatement, but we have a home during the World Series for our three amigos. We have a 3BR, 3BA, and I’m joined by Mean Gene and Dan M from Pokerati. It wasn’t exactly a fun process as we lost a couple of other places that were snapped up by online poker punks.

I’m sitting outside Pittsburgh, somewhere east of the city. I have some new client work and will be here until Thursday night or Friday morning. It’s going to be a very hectic time as I am trying to get alot done before heading to Vegas. This is short as I’ve got an early 6:00AM start tomorrow, so that’s that for now. I won’t comment on the changes to WordPress here, but…..
