Buffalo Wild Wings: Office #3 and Moneymaker Interview
I’m sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings, waiting for Day 1C to be over as well as working away on different things.
I finished my first interview write-up, this one with Chris Moneymaker. I think it was good stuff, but you’ll have to let me know. I have Raymer and ElkY to write up, and I’m interviewing Isabelle Mercier, Katja Thater, and Daniel Negreanu over the next couple days. Daniel’s I’m especially excited about, as I’m going to discuss a wide range of things. I get the impression he might be a talker, and I have an hour.
The PR folks for PokerStars are setting up the interviews, which is just terrific for me. I’d love to find the same people for FullTilt, but no dice as of yet.
OK, on to the next challenge. More later.
Tomorrow’s going to be a big day. Fuel, Lucko, sprstoner all in the field. Linda’s son won a seat, and I’m excited to be following him as well. slb’s pro friend Todd Arnold is playing tomorrow as well, so I’ll try to meet him (my bad for not getting with him earlier).

Good Moneymaker interview. I considered it another chapter after reading his book. Interesting you got him to talk about his first wife a bit.

Ummm where did the rest of my comment go? LOL
One more time…A friend of mine told me that he was living in Memphis now and I thought “Why??” LOL I have some friends in Lakeland, I’ll have to ask if they ever see him around. I wonder if he goes to Tunica much.

I live in Memphis and heard him on Talk Radio a few weeks ago and he said that he very seldom goes to Tunica because

Cropped off part of my comments. He doesn’t go to Tunica that often because they don’t have enough big games down there.

Enjoyed the interview. In listening to his radio interview, I didn’t understand why he chose to live in Memphis - maybe his current wife is from here or maybe he does like the proximity to Tunica although he doesn’t got there that much.

Great interview!! I like Chris and don’t think he gets the respect he deserves.
