Jim McManus wrote a recurring weekend column on poker for the New York Times. It was short-lived, missing the mark it seems for both poker zealots and the general population alike. Sunday’s article on the death of Frank DeSena, unfortunately, was read more widely.
Kajagugu highlighted a recent 2+2 thread of an internal FullTilt email generated by Howard Lederer. It was posted by Jimmy “goboboy” Fricke, last year’s runner-up at the Aussie Millions. Here is a snippet of Fricke’s request to FullTilt and the comment from Lederer.
After reading an article on Slate about the Mario Brothers sequel deemed too hard for Americans, I decided to watch a master at work on YouTube.
I made it through jury duty unscathed last week, but watching the boys while Sweetie had a girls weekend away proved to be a bit more challenging.
