I got in the $2.+.20 NLH on PokerStars. I played good and made hands. The only Booboo I made was when I tried to get the cat off the keyboard and bet instead of checked…a misclick. After over 5 hours I was in and out of 1st place. Then this hand:

Anyone who reraises with K-6 off suit, then goes all-in when the original raiser bets the flop…should be okay catching the only card they can win with on the river. He gets a six or he is out. I have seen many stupid plays in these small buy-in tourneys but this was by far the worst. He wasn’t short stacked and we were down to 10 players. If you look in the dictionary under donk, you will see “JasPab” as the definition. This shows how oblivious players are, not once did I ever show a bluff, and played very few hands, yet he raises me with Kx thinking I had nothing? Or maybe he had his crystal ball out.

There are times when you are making hands and just “feel” you will make it to the final table and come into some decent money. This was one of those times, I should have been a contender for first. There was one other good player at the table “Mytien” and I really thought it was going to come down to the two of us. Instead it was JasPab in my seat. At the end at the high limits you just don’t expect such stupid play as Jas made, unless a player is short stacked. All I can think is *WTF*?? If he would have even have had a K-6 suited I could maybe understand. I am so irritated I have steam coming out my ears. Jas said he had finals in two hours, well Jas I hope you flunk big time and you end up flipping burgers at McDonald’s!! At least Mytien won, which is some justice, it is nice to see skill beat donkey luck.
