Of course I have been playing…gently sliding downhill, trying not to bottom out. The Card Fairy has left me and is visiting Linda, I hope she comes back soon, or maybe she can send her twin sister!

I have played in the $11+$1 NLH on PokerStars almost everyday. I haven’t made any $$ to brag about, enough to get my buy-in back and a few extra on most days, which I have managed to lose in the cash games *boohoo*

I finally stole some time away from our house guests and logged onto my sites around 9:20 p.m.  Missed the Poker Stars 9:32 p.m. Hubble’s HE Freeroll by seconds as well as the Full Tilt 9:40 Razz tourney as they filled up before my eyes.  I managed to sneak into the 9:35 Ultimate Bet HE freeroll on a wing and a prayer and therefore got to play at least the one tourney last night! I thought I had found myself some quiet time to login to Poker Stars and Ultimate Bet and catch the 3:32 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. HE freerolls.  I started playing both and was doing extremely well in the Poker Stars tourney with a couple of All-In  “Maxiecat takes All” hands.  (more…)

Carmen left us due to time constraints. I know what she means. She works an office job and has a life and it’s very difficult to devote time to playing and then find time to blog about it. She’s super woman but had to draw the line somewhere. Thanks for being part of our experiment Carmen. Good luck in all of your endeavors, in all aspects of the game of life. Stay in touch!

That’s what this one was, the 2nd hand I was dealt in the tournament, and the worst hand went all-in pre-flop. What was I to do? I called of course. So did the next guy. Disaster!
