I did that four or so times every week here. It was mostly fun. I sure have enjoyed the almost two years of blogging. I started blogging here two years ago tomorrow so today’s post makes it 2 years. I’m not sure if I want to quit or just take some time off. It is like my poker. I enjoy the game but it has changed dramatically since the UIGEA tightened how everyone gets to the bottom line.
At the tables that is quads or such when the other guy has filled his boat. It has happened to me a few times. It is a delight. There are other hot times that aren’t as delightful. They are the bad beats that aren’t really. Continue reading

Noted Poker Authority has a nice blog. It is a useful one for all levels of play at NLHE. I found it when he got pressured by Sklansky et al to take down his advice as it was affecting book sales. That’s a novel approach by ‘industry leaders’ in the publishing game where they talked about it affecting their huge investment in books.
