Pet Rock or Poker Player? Every so often you hear about some guy losing a 5-figure amount when someone comes up with his password. The usual response from the room is something to the effect that it is their loss but they will try to track and recover, if possible. It is one of the ‘benefits’ of being off shore and unregulated by our Congress in a sensible manner. (more…)

The constitution is a very laissez-faire document. It speaks more to what the Federal Government cannot do. I don’t see anywhere it really speaks to what it should do. And I am sure that there is no requirement that it protects us from our basic nature or our own stupidity. (more…)
