That is a nice sound. It is actually a Neteller’s EFT that is in process. I got the notification and went to the site and pulled my funds … easy peezy!

The NETELLER Plc Group has announced that the distribution of funds to its US members will begin on July 30, 2007.

You are receiving this e-mail because our records reflect that you are a US member who may request funds from NETELLER. As of July 30, you will be able to make a request for funds on NETELLER’s website by signing in to your account. That was the email we’ve all been expecting. A bit late but still the class act that we were used to in using Neteller. Damn, but I miss that! Epassporte is doing ok for me but one gets used to an interface and collection of screens. It was a sad revisit.

It was not that much money for me. I was lucky. I’d made a substantial withdrawal the week before it all hit the fan.

It also looks like Neteller has returned to trading on the London exchange. That was a blood bath. It was around 400p before UIGEA and the latest quote is 68p.

ADDENDUM:

Talked to Felicia via IM for a bit today. She’s still hospitalized but there appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel. There are even three possible treatment options. Pancreatic problems aren’t in the easy diagnoses or treatment category and that has to drive the sufferers to depression as the doctors sort of stumble around the case. In the meantime the patent is in serious pain and unable to eat. Talk about bad beats; that’s been her lot for several years and, yet, she is still a lovely, humorous person. That really wasn’t her blogging persona but that has always been her in real life. If you can call Felicia a friend, you won’t have a better one. I’m honored to be permitted that joy. …but, yeah, she can be pig headed too… At least we have one thing in common.
