The next two days should give you all the fix you need. The EPT in Barcelona is providing two days of non-stop poker. Today, they’ll show 8 hours of TV table poker starting at 11AM EST. Tomorrow, the same with it being the final table. If sweatering Joe Speaker’s exploits on the felt without the joys of a hole cam makes your day, you’re in hog heaven (more…)

It is a Peter Seller’s movie from the 50’s. You might want to pick it up at your video rental spot. It is all about the the Duchy of Grand Fenwick waging war on the U.S. and winning. Tomorrow that bit of silliness gets closer to real fact. (more…)

The first episode of the season is out of the can and on the airwaves … and ready to download as a torrent already. It is the big money season. It is the straddle game. And, just to try to make it interesting, there is a 72 sidebet. (more…)

I read my posts later to try to view them with fresher eyes. Yesterday was pretty convoluted. The idea and items seem right but it sure was structured poorly. It is 5 A.M. and I just left a stud table on FullTilt. It seems like all the players I tried to describe yesterday showed up. LOL (more…)

Anyone can teach you that and are happy to do so on FullTilt or another site – all day, every day. I am still on the cheap seats but I’ve watched higher tables. They are better but that is often only marginal. Too many people play too many hands consistently. At the limit tables that is lethal. It isn’t what you win; often, it is what you don’t lose. It is too easy to see a round or two of betting with nothing going for you better than the come. Throw in people not being able to throw away a good pair and you can make money. (more…)

I ran into that annoying song when I visited the Disney display at the New York World’s Fair. It has hounded me since. When I thought of the title, the damn thing is running through my mind as I type this. We learned about small world with what happened to Neteller – a legal, licensed, listed stock in the U.K. that our government went beyond inconveniencing. (more…)
