Poker Perambulation

Today’s quiz  is where is the former class President of Lehigh College? He went to a fancy prep school before that. So, what is your guess?

If I said, “Greg Hogan, Jr.”, would that help. If I add preacher’s kid in a Baptist congregation, are you there yet?

How about telling you what? He got out of prision today after serving 22 months.

Yup, it is that Greg Hogan, Jr. The one that robbed the bank with his fraternity brothers waiting for him in the lot. He got $2800 so he could play off his gambling debt/credit card.

It is possible to guess why he lost money playing poker. No, it wasn’t bad luck. Bad choices. Lots of bad choices. Bright kid without an ounce of common sense. Fair amount of those around. They have to find something to do. Not all can be our congressman. I guess bank robbing is a secondary choice in their test for a profession.

Still stumbling around the $200 level at Stud. It seems like I get a bit of traction but it is only a teaser.
