At the tables that is quads or such when the other guy has filled his boat. It has happened to me a few times. It is a delight. There are other hot times that aren’t as delightful. They are the bad beats that aren’t really.
Then there is global warning with Gore and his Hollywood PhD wanabes. They ride in the same greenmobile as the folks who hate carbon. You get monthly fund raising mail from them asking you to join them in saving the planet.
One of our local weathermen in my younger days was John Coleman. John was one of those guys that actually knew what he was talking about. After a tour on Good Morning America where you may have seen him, he went on to found The Weather Channel. He’s retired to doing the weather for KUSI in San Diego.
