Chicken Fried Vegas
After four days of friends, poker, rural routes, and bar-b-que, I feel like a fully sated epicurean after a meal at Bouchon in Vegas. It just doesn’t get any better.

The pic above is of an Oklahoma sunset taken at the lake at Ft. Cobb Oklahoma Friday evening. Poker bloggers gathered there to share in person the comeraderie and friendships that’ve developed on the interweb, all thanks to the poker boom and online poker. Who’d a thunk it?
More will come about this gathering over the next week. Yours truly has a pillow and a nap waiting at the moment. In the meantime, check out the caption contest over at my other place - Poker Perspectives - and follow the links below for the trip reports as they trickle in.

That shot, as well as many others taken that night, should probably be purchased by the state Tourism department.
As always, Maudie, too much fun and not enough words to express my thanks. I’m already looking forward to the next time.
