Nothing stays the same – a very profound statement. Everything around us is changing every second of everyday. Some good changes, some bad, but changing constantly no matter how hard we fight it. I can’t say I like many of the recent changes in my life. Who would? I have read enough from others to know what I feel about life lately is normal. But that doesn’t mean I have to like it and I don’t, in fact I hate it.
Many surprises were in store for me when I became a card carrying member of the Widows Club. None of them did I see coming. Color me stupid, I really thought having almost three years to prepare for my new unwanted status would make the transition from Mrs. to Ms. easier. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Here’s wishing you the very best at quitting the butt habit. I still believe that quitting is the greatest gift I ever gave to myself. If you don’t succeed the first time, don’t give up and don’t stress out over it. If we lose our BR in a poker game, we re-buy, right? Same principal.
