After reading many times that Widows shouldn’t make any major decisions for a year, I tried to take heed. What the advice should say is ‘any’ decisions. Of course that is hard to do in many cases, but widderbrain is a real ailment that should be taken into consideration. And yes I still seem to have it.

Ok so they are not so little, my nephew and his girlfriend…but they are helpers. We have been cutting logs, stacking wood and other projects. Right now Linda’s wind has come to visit and the kids did a town trip while I stayed here and got some writing done.

That is what I did this morning, played in the $2k Freeroll on PokerStars. It was frustrating all the way through. First I was getting great cards, problem was out of 9 players, 6-7 were not there. That makes the game way different and no ‘pre-folding’ as you could give the blinds away to a ghost.

Yes Fall has arrived on the mountain, although with temps in the 20′s at night one would think winter is here. I love the seasons and by the time each is over, I am more than ready for the next one – glad I live somewhere that change happens.
