First impression
The Bugsys Club site is really well-crafted and the amount of useful information is huge - you can find anything you need here. Next - the installation. The software is quite heavy, reaching 15MBs, at takes quite a time to download, especially if you have a slower connection. The lobby is one of the most informative we have ever seen, and the tables are made very user-friendly.
Player traffic
The player traffic at Bugsys club is quite decent for a new poker room, reaching 1200-1600 players at peak hours, but is mainly located at tournament tables, so you won't find much action at ring games here.
Features in detail
The feature package at Bugsys Club is quite good, supporting Player Notes, an excellent Help system, and a good array of decent promotions.
Software
Bugsys Club software is one of the better ones in the business, as it has an integrated help system, very well suited for novice poker players, with the help of the PokerPages development team. The software speed is good, and there is no lag due to software problems.

A nice room, I've been playing here since 2005. Good promotions, nice interface, and Bugsys Club accepts US residents, so there's not much more you can ask. On the other hand, there is. The main lack of Bugsys Club's gameplay is its low traffic. Played here for a year, and the population stayed the same throughout the months. BugsysClub is one of my favourite places to play online poker, as they feature some of the coolest tournaments. Most of the times, I manage to win at least some cash in every BugsysClub tournaments game, and the players there seem to be mostly fish.
