Cons no live support
Pros: A good bonus system, lots of promotions, like the Monster $100 Million Final Table Freeroll event or $100 beginner's CD Poker freerolls, and, of course, the chance to enter WSOP (along with free accomodation and a $12.000 value ticket!) in May – an opportunity which I've been craving for a long, long time, not to mention that the WSOP entry is a freeroll. Now that's something worth joining CD Poker for. A big plus for software - the guys really have a good understanding of what online poker is really about – no lag, no disconnections, clear interface. Good job here. Cons: The Live Chat system isn't operational - the support is nearly dead, except for email staff, which are mediocre at what they do. The traffic is not very massive, so there are days when you don't get any action whatsoever, but that's occasional.
