Since Party Poker cut off Empire Poker from its platform, Empire player traffic has lowered substantially. That was the time when I moved in. What I have to say, is that the punch from Party is not as dramatic as it is escalated. Empire Poker still has great promotions, and the Empire Poker tournaments are still as good as they were, at least as I've heard. Another good thing is that at lower stakes, where I tend to play, the competition is quite soft and the games are loose. However, don't try the high stakes until you're at least adept at online poker, as opponents there might get you stripped in a matter of minutes. Anyway, Empire Poker is still kicking and money is still out there for the taking.
