W$ as well as T$ are the virtual money in Pokerstars. You get them by winning satellite tournaments. You can play in the tournaments you won a seat in or you can unregister from the tournament you have won a seat in a satellite, and the certain amount W$ or T$ will be granted into your account. Then you can exchange the T$ or W$ into real money using our Pokerstars Online Currency Exchange system. You can use the cash for your regular play or you can withdraw it if you wish to do so.

How much will PokerWorks.com pay for my W$/T$?
Pokerworks will pay 87.5% for W$ and 96% for T$. So if you would like to sell your T$500 entry into a tournament, we will pay US$480 for it. If you want to sell W$500 to us, we will pay you $437.50.
How much will PokerWorks.com sell me W$/T$ for?
PokerWorks will sell you W$ at a 90% rate and T$ at 98%. So if you would like to buy W$500 for an event, you will pay US$450. If you would like to buy T$500 to use in tournaments you will have to pay US$490.
How do I sell/buy my W$ or T$ using the PokerNews.com Online Poker Currency Exchange?
To sell or buy your W$ or T$, you just simply have to complete the deal above, and after that, to request the transfer from the PokerStars client (which is very simple). All the details on how to request a transfer from your PokerStars client will be emailed to you (you have to use a valid email address to register a request) after you make a request above or there is an explanation below. Same instant you have requested the transfer, PokerWorks will request the same transfer from PokerStars automatically. Once PokerStars get the two matching requests, they will move the W$/T$ and US$ between our accounts. PokerStars handle all the transfers so there is no risk to you. The security of transfer is of highest standards.
How do I request the transfer in my PokerStars client?
When you requested the transfer in a form above, you will have to login into your PokerStars account and request the transfer from the client:
This is what you have to do, step by step:
1. Login to your PokerStars software.
2. Go to the "Requests" menu, then "Trade T$/W$", then "Sell T$/W$"
3. Select T$ or W$
4. Put "PokerNews" (without the quotes) into the "Sell to"/"Buy from" field.
5. Put the amount of T$ or W$ you are selling/buying.
6. Put in the price of the transfer as calculated when you made the transaction request in the form above.
7. Submit the request by clicking "OK"
