We have just launched live support here at PokerWorks.com. So once you have anything to ask, to say or would like to say hello to us, you are very welcome to do this.

I'd suggest doing a site map. Some folks won't find the layers easy to navigate. Ken Prevo

We do have a site map and it is placed on the left corner at the bottom or http://pokerworks.com/site-map.html
Maybe, it is misplaced and is hard to find or see. We could place the site map at the very top, next to the search and log in tabs. Would it be easier to navigate, what do you think? Ace is not good, Ace is GOD!

I think the problem with that is that the ads on the left make for a lot of space before one sees it. It wouldn't hurt to make it a tab at the top. It looks like there is enough space for it without having to redesign. Ken Prevo

I have seen pokerworks.com and I think all aspect of your live support are sufficient.And I am sure that you'll be able to keep this service long.

It's at the very bottom of the page, on the left corner. It is available 23 hours a day 7 days a week, so you should find it. Ace is not good, Ace is GOD!
