This is a very bizarre coincidence. Around 25 years ago, when I first started playing poker in Montana, I played with the original 'rock pile'. Most of them were old and had been around since the days when poker was underground and hidden from the law. One fine day, I happened to be holding 7-2 offsuit when two of the rocks picked up A-K. The Flop was 2-2-A. They went into a raising war. I won the pot. They were flabbergasted. Lots of comments there. For almost a year, many times when I picked up 7-2, I flopped a full or two pair or trips with the hand and won the pot. The hand became known as 'Linda Rae' (obviously that's my middle name). I find it interesting that years later, when I'm a blogging fool, that the same hand would surface as 'the hammer' and be the blogger skill cards at our gatherings. *glasses clink* Linda R.
