Advantages: Cool software and great promotions

Disadvantages: panic at the lobby

With this kind of software, Mansion Poker stole my heart (if not money) - the cards are very easy to read, actions of other players are displayed very clearly, and there is no confusion of who does what, as there is a spotlight on every player's turn. The only annoyance is the lobby - it's too disorderly and it gets updated too slowly for an unexperienced online poker player not to get frustrated while getting used to it. Other than that, the room is perfect. I'm glad that I've signed up to this site when they already had their cool deposit bonus, plus I have a chance to enter the Poker Dome in Las Vegas. It's clear that Mansion Team are doing what it takes to provide quality service, and I'm glad I'm one of their customers.

There bonus is good but very hard to get from mansion. I have contacted them four times and they say they owe it to me and I will receive within 48 hours but it doesn't happen. Many disconects. Very poor table volume to few playersa.... read further
