Party Poker strategy

Advantages: fishing players, easy money

Disadvantages: not enough time for me to play poker

Every player has to start playing somewhere and I suggest starting at lowest stakes no limit holdem tables at Party Poker. There are lots of players waiting for a monster card. And you know what you should do to win money from them? No? It’s easy. The lowest limit at Party Poker is $0.10/$0.25, so it does not matter what hand get, it does not matter if it is AA or 27, you bet $0.50 or $1.00. You will steal the blinds as well as some callers. Odds, that someone will call your bet are quite low. If you play with 4-5 players by a table, only one time out five your raise will be called. During those 4 or 5 hands you will have already won $2 or $3. But the most interesting part starts when you get a caller. You see the flop, and the odds that it will not help to your opponent are between 50% and 70%. But it may helpful to you, if it is you bet twice the first time. If you bet $1 pre-flop, now you should bet $2 or $3. Chance that your opponent will fold is more than great. However, if you hand is worthless after the flop you’d better bet a minimum or check. After playing at Party Poker with such strategy for more than half an hour, players starts to be nervous and makes lots of mistakes. You of course, make benefit out of this! I have won over $100 in 3 hours playing like this and I think it’s really worth a try. I have not tried higher stakes tables at Party Poker yet, but I am sure such an aggressive strategy would work as well.

Disadvantages: world's largest
Ah yes, my first online poker room... I joined Party Poker a couple of years ago due to the massive advertising they are producing though all media channels, and at first, found this site to be overcrouded, so I quit playing Party Poker after a few weeks. However, as I went up in limits at other rooms, it got boring to see the same people every day, s I decided to spice up things a little - to return to the roots and play at Party Poker once again... and I never went back.... read further
