Spyridon Mitrokostas is the caretaker of one of New England's prized possessions, Cooke's Seafood clam chowder. Tourists and residents come from miles around to savor his special edition or to snack on their onion rings. Spyro also plays a little poker on the side, taking down MTT's on PokerStars as 55lucky55.
