PokerStars wants you to get out every once in a while. Seriously, your skin is looking a little pasty.

The site loves to send players like you to major live tournaments. In fact, it sent more than 2,000 to poker's biggest stage, the World Series of Poker.

Now it's also giving you lessons from a world champion to help you get that big score once you're there.

Learn how to play like a pro from poker lessons with Greg Raymer, 2004 WSOP World Champion and Team PokerStars Pro, and attend a PokerStars Boot Camp in Barcelona.

All you have to do is take a top spot in a tournament held July 20 - you don't even have to win - and satellites to the tournament are running right now.

The team of PokerStars pros will help you develop live poker skills, teach you how to adapt your game for live play and give you the confidence to make the money in a deep-stack, slow structure like a European Poker Tour event.

The camp also includes a live, multi-table tournament that gives out an EPT Barcelona prize package to the top two players. That includes a buy-in to the event, hotel accommodations and money for expenses.

The camp also offers the sights of Barcelona, such as sun, beaches, food and a vibrant nightlife. The poker camp package is worth $4,000 and includes three nights in hotel accommodations, gifts and more.

Want to go to camp? Download PokerStars now and you'll get an exclusive PokerWorks bonus of $25 free in addition to a 100 percent matching bonus up to $50. You must enter the marketing code of POKERWORKS upon registration and the bonus code of FIRST2008 upon your first deposit.

The poker camp will be in English, so those attending should be fluent in English before attending.

Satellites run at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time every day with a buy-in of $42.50 + $4. One player for every 10 who enters will earn a seat to the final. The final runs at 1 p.m. July 20, and one camp prize package will be awarded for every 10 who enter.

You can use the event filter in the main lobby by typing in 'Poker Camp.'

Pack your bags for camp. You could use a little sun. PokerStars will get you there.
