WSOP 2008 Tournaments
While there are many types of tournaments held round the world, poker is a special type of tournament animal for relying on great physical strength isn't necessary; nor is being the most beautiful entrant a requirement; nor is being the smartest person to have ever graced the green felt even considered; nor is having the most money even part of the equation - but it doesn't hurt to have your pockets overflowing because you obviously can afford more buy-ins.
The World Series of Poker is THE tournament of the year and all eyes are on Las Vegas 24/7 as everyone wants to leave with a bracelet on their wrist and a lot of extra cash in their pocket...not to mention the prestige and glory of winning a WSOP tournament.
Send your champions, your kings, and those who would be...
But remember...when they come home defeated, no one holds the crown and scepter for eternity.
