Barn
Slang for a Full House.
PocketCards
The two cards dealt to you at the beginning of a Hold 'Em hand that no one else is entitled to see.
Open Pair
A pair that has been dealt face-up.
Sandbagging
Holding back and calling despite the fact that you have a very good hand, usually to disguise strength, provoke bluffs, and to check-raise.
Capping a Raise
A third and final raise.
Ace
The highest or lowest card in the deck depending on the rules of the poker game being played.
Force-In
A mandatory blind bet.
A-Game
A game, which is played at highest stakes possible.
Qualifier
In High-Low games, it is a requirement the Low hand must meet to win the pot.
Implied Odds
The amount of money you expect to win if you make your hand versus the amount of money it will cost you to continue playing.
