The Ultimate Experience in Aruba!

Ultimate Bet’s 2005 Aruba experience is winding down after a whirlwind run of poker tournaments and crowning a new World Poker Tour Champion from the main event.

Freddie Deeb pulled in the Big Bucks, $1,000,000 (which includes a $25,000 buy-in into the World Poker Tour Championship event hosted at the Bellagio Five Star World Poker Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada, in April 2006) after a short heads-up battle with Josh Schlein.

The Main Event began on September 26th with three - day one - flights. Freddie ranked 24th in chip standings, at the finish of all flights for Day One, with a field of 240 contestants. Play continued through the next two days until there were six players left. They met at the Azzurro Restaurant for the final battle, a six and a half hour shoot out that left them all winner.
The event paid 125 places. The results of skill, wit, tenacity, and bravado netted a well earned pay day for the final six:

  4. Devin Porter $200,000
  5. Robbie Border $150,000

Ultimate Bet added a $100 bonus to anyone that would register and offer suggestions on how to improve the online gaming environment at Ultimate Bet. They are not stopping at just acquiring a player, they want the player’s input and ideas.

You can play free and real money games at Ultimate Bet. Pit your skills against the people that competed in this tournament and many more that will be there next year. Ultimate Bet is the Ultimate Experience.
