Online Poker Rooms Open to US Players

With the Port Security Bill passed through the US Senate, several of the largest online poker rooms have announced that they will leaving the US market for good, thus banning American users from playing at their real money tables. The first to resign was Party Poker aka The World‘s Largest Poker Room (with a 60% traffic from US residents), followed by 888.com/Pacific Poker, which also had been catering a large portion of games in the US online poker market.

As panic all around the US grows and more poker rooms are yet to announce their departure from the American market, some of the major online poker sites, including PokerStars, Mansion Poker and Bodog, declared that they will be continuing their business as usual. We present a list of the online poker rooms that are still open to US players and still offer exclusive deposit bonus deals and special freerolls to PokerWorks visitors:

PokerStars is one of the largest in the market, and is still open to US players. After the Port Security Bill passage, PokerStars should take the leading position in American market, as they have announced that they are staying with US players, and this room has a solid reputation as one of the best in the field.

Mansion Poker is one of the independent, but rapidly growing online poker rooms, and American players are still welcome here. They have a variety of great and exclusive promotions for PokerWorks.com visitors, such as the amazing freeroll satellite to Aussie Millions, the largest poker tournament outside the US.

Bodog has become exceedingly popular in the US after this year's WSOP, when Jamie Gold, a Bodog team member, has won the Main Event. Now, Bodog is among the largest US online poker rooms, and American residents are still allowed to play at the site.

Another huge online poker site that is still open to US residents: Full Tilt Poker has been among the three largest poker rooms with massive US player traffic. Many professional poker players, including Phil Ivey and Howard Lederer, represent this room, which can be seen on any WSOP since 2003.
