As reported by every other media outlet in town, Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon tied the knot. Yes, I've already written three other articles about Pammy, but she never fails to provide excitement and she's always providing me with newsworthy material.

So, this is the real story, Pam and Rick were friends for more than 15 years. They were playing poker one night, and Pam had to leave the table for a little while. She had her driver and confidante, Errol Lyon play for her. When she returned, she was $25,000 in the hole. So, to erase her debt, Rick came up with a playful proposition. He said that if Pammy kissed him, he'd clear her balance. She agreed, and the rest was SinCity history. And no, it wasn't a shotgun wedding, Pamela isn't pregnant, but she is in love, she's very happy and she says that the third time is the charm.

If the third time is the charm, they are in good hands, because not only has Pamela been married twice before, but so has Rick. Pamela has two sons, Brandon, 11 and Dylan, 9, while Rick has two daughters, Hunter and Tyson (same ages respectively). The families are excited, the kids are happy, and the wedding, well, it was quick.

Rick made all the arrangements from the flowers, to the location, and even the food. Pamela is currently starring in the Hans Klok Magic Show at Planet Hollywood, so the nuptials took place at a villa at the Mirage. Rick chose the Mirage because of the close proximity to Planet Hollywood. Always the hard worker, Pammy took her vows in between her two shows, so time was limited (she had about 90 minutes). "It was elegant, beautiful and very real", says Pam.

Errol Lyon gave the bride away with the blessing of Pamela's dad. She wore a cream denim Valentino gown and donned vintage jewelry by Neil Lane. After the ceremony and her second show of the evening, Pamela went back over to the Mirage to enjoy her wedding reception with friends and family. The champagne was flowing as guests dined on food from Stack and Rick's daughter led the congratulatory toast.

Damon Kidwell, longtime friend and photographer says he's never seen Rick so happy. Rick even revealed with a chuckle, "I've been plotting and scheming for the past 15 years, and I finally got the girl".

Pamela says, "Both my and Rick's kids were excited for us. Children are free of cynicism and can just be happy."

Pamela will continue starring in the Hans Klok show until the end of the year, so the couple will wait until 2008 before heading to Australia for the honeymoon. I wonder if they will be playing in the Aussie Millions while they are there. I can't think of a better way to plan a honeymoon!
