Titan Poker ECOOP Recap Events #1-5

The Titan Poker European Championship of Online Poker is underway, and the first of its kin series is drawing big crowds and generating big prize pools for Titan Poker players! With satellites for all bankroll levels, the ECOOP is a great way for Europe’s poker players to test their mettle in an online poker series just for them!

Event #1 was a $215 No Limit Hold ‘Em Event with a guaranteed prize pool of $150,000. The tournament drew 1049 entrants and awarded a generous $209,800 prize pool, including $44,508 for first place winner majstorex!

Event #2, a $109 Omaha Hi/Lo tournament with a $109 buy-in and $109 rebuys and add-ons, was the only event so far to fall below the guarantee, offering and overlay to the 540 players who signed up, including eventual winner BSinclair, who claimed the $23,000 first prize and the ECOOP bracelet!

Addict1968 took down the top prize in Event #3, a $218 No Limit Hold Em event. Addict1968 navigated a field of 1049 players strong to claim the first place money of $78,277, as the event surpassed the $350,000 guarantee with a total prize pool of $372,750.

Event #4, Pot Limit Omaha with rebuys, fared betted than its split pot cousin and surpassed the $100,000 guarantee. The 672 entrants kicked in enough buy-ins and rebuys to make the total prize pool over $120,000 and built a nice $27,646 first place prize for LuckyPlayCoolie, who took it down.

Event #5
was the biggest buy-in event yet at $800 per player, but that didn’t deter 409 intrepid players from taking their shot and building a $306,750 prize pool, far surpassing the $200,000 guarantee! Omarlshere was the eventual winner, taking down a $76,687.50 first place prize.
