$80,000 on the Table Every Sunday at Pacific Poker

Pacific Poker already offers lots of great tournaments all week, every week and the people who play there know this. But there is one tournament run by Pacific where they really go above and beyond the status quo and this is their $80,000 Guaranteed Sunday tourney.

Pacific Poker’s Sunday tournament occurs every single week at 4:35 p.m. (ET) and, as the name implies, there is 80 Grand of total prize money on the line. Players who wish to take part in this tourney can pay the buy-in of $120 + $12 and this gets then into the Sunday Qualifier.

What’s even better is that, for people who would rather avoid paying the $132 to enter the Sunday Qualifier, they can just win their way into it. That’s because Pacific Poker also offers Micro-Satellites for as low as 66 cents.

Imagine that – Earning the right to play for a big piece of $80,000 after only paying 66 cents to get into the Micro-Satellite. And this is all possible by downloading Pacific Poker through PokerWorks and using the POKERWORKS bonus code to receive the full deposit bonus of 100% up to $400.

If you signup to play at Pacific poker, you’ll need to know the payout structures for the $80,000 tournament. And they go by percentages based on how many people enter a tourney. Take for instance the 1-30 players bracket which shows that 1st place takes 50% of the tournament prize pool, 2nd gets 30%, and 3rd receives 20%.

Obviously, the payout structure for the $80,000 Guaranteed Sunday tournament is going to be a little different than the 1-30 players bracket since the Qualifier buy-ins are $132. So, most likely, the $80 Grand tourney is going to fall into the 801 and up players bracket. This means that the payout structure is going to offer 1st place a 22% piece of the prize pool, 2nd will get 12%, 3rd will receive 7%, and players who finish all the way down to 70th will get a piece too.

So, making the math simple, let’s just say that the prize pool stays at $80,000. In this case, 1st would receive $17,600, 2nd place would get $9,600, and 3rd would make $5,600. And this kind of money is given out every single Sunday at Pacific Poker!

If you’re like many people out there who are looking for something meaningful to do on Sunday why not download Pacific Poker and play for $80,000 every week.
