Getting a Bad Beat Pays B-I-G at Party Poker

Have you ever had a bad beat and lost a stack of chips? PartyPoker wants to make sure if you lose with a big hand, it won’t cost you a bunch of money! That is why PartyPoker is one of the few poker sites to offer Bad Beat Jackpot tables.

While playing on special jackpot tables, the jackpot gets bigger the more you play. By collecting 50 cents from the pot at the more than 100 tables, the jackpot generally increases by $1,000 every hour! Players qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot pot when they lose with a hand of Four-of-a Kind, 8s, or better.

The player having the losing hand will receive 50 percent of the distributed amount. Another 25 percent goes to the winner and the other percent gets split between the other seated players who took part in the hand. Players who sit out of the hand do not receive a portion of the jackpot.

To get in on all the jackpot action and get $50 FREE, Download PartyPoker through PokerWorks and use the bonus code: PW25FREE. And, best of all, you don’t even have to make a deposit! Your free $50 will be credited to your account within approximately 72 hours – be sure to follow the instructions here. Then you will be ready to hit those jackpot tables!

The Bad Beat Jackpots are only available on specially designated cash game tables and four or more players must be dealt into the Bad Beat hand. The best hand for both the winner and loser must include their two hole cards and the hand must go to a showdown. In addition, the hand must be raked and the jackpot contribution collected for the hand to qualify for a Bad Beat Jackpot.

The two highest hands will be considered if there are two or more qualifying hands for the jackpot. The highest hand will be deemed the winning hand and the second highest hand or the “loser” will win the jackpot. The hand that began first, based on PartyPoker’s system clock, will be awarded the jackpot if two qualifying jackpot hands are hit at exactly the same time. All players must play their hands independently and can’t tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players.

The jackpot is always prominently displayed at the table you are playing at, so you always know how much you can win! Log-in to PartyPoker today and try your hand at a Bad Beat Jackpot table. You may just be glad to lose, when you can win the Bad Beat Jackpot!
