Everest E-Report: Don’t Miss Out on EPT Qualifiers!

The European Poker Tour has grown into one of the most popular and prestigious tournament series in the world, as was evidenced by the stellar turnout for and excitement surrounding the launch of Season 5 in Barcelona. But only one stop on the tour has passed, and ten are still to be played. Everest Poker wants to be the one to send you to one of those remaining tournaments!

There are many reasons that players around the world choose to play at Everest Poker, but one of them is the numerous opportunities to win generous prize packages to the live poker tournaments across the globe. And EPT tournaments are certainly included in that list of promotions, with chances daily to win entries into the twice-a-week direct entry qualifiers.

With seats being given away to each one of the EPT stops, with the current sole exception of the Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas, the prize packages are ripe for the picking. They are valued at $12K, $15K, or $20K, depending upon the tournament buy-in, which leaves plenty of funds left over for travel expenses and cash on hand.

To begin with, there are six events for which $12,000 packages are available, beginning with the newly-added EPT Hungary event just added to the schedule. The other stops included are Prague, Deauville, Scandinavia, Germany, and San Remo. Direct entry qualifiers are available each Monday and Wednesday for $200 + $15, though satellites are running daily for as low as $1.20 + $.10 sit-n-go’s or token-only freerolls.

Then there are the $15,000 prize packages, which will send players to London and Poland. Those $300 + $20 direct entry tournaments are also on Mondays and Wednesdays. But as always, there are daily qualifiers for as little as $1.20 + $.10, as well as other satellite opportunities to gain entry to those tournaments that will award the EPT seats.

Lastly, there is the $20,000 prize package reserved for the grandest EPT event of them all, the EPT Grand Finale in Monte Carlo in April of 2009. Direct entries will be $500 + $30 with multiple opportunities to win a ticket through satellites, though the dates of those qualifiers have not yet been announced.

And as always, with enough Summit Points or Tournament Tokens, players can gain access to those direct entry tournaments solely through that method rather than buying in directly. So many ways to win, so few hours in the day…

It is important to get started now, though. Some of the events, such as EPT Hungary and the Polish Open, are coming up on the calendar rather quickly, securing a seat now would give ample time to make those travel arrangements and adequately prepare for your shot at an EPT title.
