Everest E-Report: Last Chance for a Trip to the Alps!

Everest Poker has a tradition of sending its players to some of the most luxurious locales around the globe. With qualifiers to most major live tournaments, seats are given away to the most prestigious events regularly. And the International Poker Cup is one of them, and it will be held at the five-star Alpine Palace Hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria. There is one more chance for you to be there.

The International Poker Cup 2009 will take place from January 15-18 in Austria, where a two-day live finale will reward players from a prize pool of more than $100,000. And the pool is climbing with each online qualifier, as money from each qualifier simply adds to the cash available for the top finishers in the tournament.

Players from the world over have been competing for more than a month for their seats in the much-anticipated tournament, as each player who qualifies for the finale receives a prize package valued at $2,850, including money for travel expenses, hotel and food, and the $2,000 buy-in. First-class accommodations in the Austrian Alps await those who win their seats on Everest Poker, including a gala buffet and get-together on the final night to celebrate the results of the tournament.

As most of the qualifiers have been completed, there are only two chances remaining. On Sunday, December 14th and Monday, December 15th, at 18:00 GMT each day, the final qualifiers will run for the last seats available at the International Poker Cup.

Keep in mind, there are ways to win a seat into either one of those qualifiers as well. Online satellites in the form of $11 + $1 freezeouts and $3 + $.30 rebuys are running several times each day until December 15th. Winners of those satellites will receive gold tokens and $9 that can be used to register for the December 14th or 15th tournaments.

The International Poker Cup, not to mention a trip to the Austrian Alps, is one not to miss. At the very least, it is worth the effort to play some satellites and win your way into the final qualifier, as it could very well result in a trip of a lifetime. Start by downloading Everest Poker now and take advantage of the numerous satellite opportunities in the coming days. And enter “PNEWS200” as the bonus code with your new account to earn an additional $200 bonus.
