ECOOPIII Day 10-14

The biggest online poker tournament event of the year ended on December 7th and with it, a new chapter containing all of the new big Titan Poker winners is closed.

Held twice a year, the European Championship of Online Poker (ECOOP) continues to grow, drawing poker’s brightest stars and those that hope to be. All share the same goal, to out shine their competition to grab a piece of the huge prize pools. The latest event, the ECOOPIII ran for 14 eventful days, with several players stuffing their pockets with cash from their impressive winnings. Over $4.15 Million Dollars was won during the two week championship event with first place winners not only receiving mega cash prizes, but a specially designed ECOOP bracelet too! The results of the final ECOOPIII events were very impressive as recounted below.
Day 10 was December 3rd and was a No Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000 which attracted 900 players. The buy-in was $300+$20 which swelled the prize pool to $270,000 and paid 100 places. The top 5 winners were:

The Day 11 event was a Pot-Limit Omaha event held on December 4th with a $100 + $9 buy-in. The guaranteed prize pool was $150,000 and attracted 711 players. The event paid 80 places and the top five winners were:

2.    Byniolus - $20.250
3.    jalla79 - $12,000
4.    donk24 - $9,000
5.    zzbadboy67xx - $7,500

Day 12 kicked off on December 5th with 1,532 players buying in $100 + $9 to compete in the No Limit Hold’em event for a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000.  The event paid 200 places and the top five winners were:

1.    2Tired4u - $60,000
2.    IveGoneNutz - $31,200
3.    Pienifisu - $$22,200
4.    dannyb00y84 - $18,000
5.    badbazzy - $15,000
 
Day 13 was December 6th which featured a Pot Limit Omaha event with a guaranteed prize pool of $150,000 which attracted 396 entries. The buy-in was $400 + $30 making the actual prize pool $158,400 which paid 40 places. The top five finishers were:

4.    galaxy3 - $11,088
5.    OverTheTopTop - $8,712

The last day of the ECOOPIII was December 7th and featured the much anticipated final main event. The $1,000 + $60 buy-in event boasted a massive $1,500,000 guaranteed prize pool which attracted 1,283 players, pitting their skills against each other in No Limit Hold’em.  The event paid 150 places and the top 10 winners were:
