Everest E-Report: WSOP Qualifiers to Receive Everest-Matched Winnings

There are so many reasons to choose Everest Poker as the online poker site of choice, with its amazing promotions, tournaments, and cash tables. But with the 2009 World Series of Poker quickly approaching, all one needs to do is look to the official sponsor of the WSOP for the best opportunities to qualify and have the ultimate Las Vegas poker experience. That official sponsor is Everest Poker.

The most recent news to come from the site is its April 8 announcement about the $1 million bonus. The way it works is that Everest Poker plans to match the total WSOP winnings of all of its $10K main event qualifiers this year, the full amount of which will then be distributed to all qualifiers to play in the main event whether they cash in it or not.

To simplify, let’s say that 100 poker players win seats to the WSOP main event and play in the “big one” at the Rio this summer in Las Vegas. And let’s say that 40 of them finish the tournament in the money and cash out for a cumulative total of $800,000. That means that all of the 100 qualifiers will split Everest’s match amount of $800,000, giving $8,000 to each of them. The limit of the match amount is $1 million, but what if those players split that amount and received $10K each? Not a bad bonus!

The chance to win one of the numerous WSOP seats available through Everest Poker is a grand opportunity in itself, but consider also that Everest is the sponsor of the WSOP, that there will be a luxurious player’s lounge and various activities for its qualifiers in Las Vegas, and that there is a bonus in store based on how the Everest team finishes in the main event. Those factors put together create the ultimate poker site on which to qualify for your WSOP seat. Everest Poker wants its players to have the absolute best experience in Las Vegas this summer, and there are 130 players that qualified for various events last year who can attest to that.

There are plenty of chances to win those WSOP seats this year on Everest Poker, especially with the WSOP Steps Program that offers a first step that costs only $3 or 750 Summit Points.

But the World Series is less than two months away from its start date in Las Vegas! And the main event is less than three months from its exciting start date of July 3. That means it’s time to get moving!

First, download Everest Poker and choose your bonus code. “PNEWS300” offers a bonus of $1 per every 14.28 points earned through regular site play, and “PNEWS500” gives a $500 bonus for earning 5,000 points in the first 30 days of action. But no matter which bonus code you use, by signing up through PokerWorks, players are qualified to enter a weekly $500 cash freeroll every Saturday for only 10 Summit Points, and those freerolls are running every Saturday through 2009.

It might be hard to keep track of all of the bonuses and perks from signing up through Everest Poker here, but isn’t it worth it to cash in on freerolls and to possibly win a seat into the biggest poker tournament in the world?
