Bodog Poker Open III is Bigger than Ever

Known as one of the biggest online poker events in the world, the Bodog Poker Open (BPO) is definitely something you don’t want to miss.  The BPO awards players with hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money and makes poker celebrities out of the winners.  The last Bodog Poker Open that was held in the BPO II gave out $737,478 in total prize money to players and the Main Event had a pool of $300,000!  “zubs1aa” was the big winner of BPO II after he won the Main Event and earned over $75,000 for the victory.

The great thing is that the Bodog Poker Open is back as it starts on April 26th and ends up on May 3rd with the Main Event.  And there are three different poker tournaments for players to choose from including the Championship Series, the Mid-Stakes Tournament Series, and the Mini Bounty Tournament Series.

Going more in-depth, the Championship Series is where the extra money gets added in and this is for the higher limit players looking to win some major cash.  The Mid-Stakes Tournament Series is for experienced players who are trying to work their way up into the high stakes.  The Mini-Bounty Tournament Series is for those that don’t quite have the bankroll to enter high stakes tourneys, but still want to be a part of the BPO III.  As you can see, there is something for everyone in the Bodog Poker Open.

You still have time to enter the BPO III tourneys via poker satellites as well since they are still running.  Of course you can just buy directly into the 26 tournaments being held because there is a wide range of buy-ins.  The cheapest one is $10 + $1 and the most expensive one is the Main Event buy-in at $470 + $30.

In addition to being able to win lots of money throughout the Bodog Poker Open, you will also have the opportunity to play with pro poker players such as Justin Bonomo, David Williams, Evelyn Ng, and Jean Robert-Bellande.  Plus you’ll get the chance to knock out the winners of past Bodog events such as those from the 12 Days of Poker, Bodog Poker Open II champions, and Yearly Tournament Leaderboard winners.

All you have to do to enter Bodog’s biggest event in the BPO III is sign up for Bodog Poker using the POKERWORKS bonus code.  Doing this will not only enable you to play for hundreds of thousands of dollars in the Bodog Poker Open, but it will also give you the 110% deposit bonus up to $500.  And having this much extra money can pay for a lot of BPO III buy-ins!

Another great thing you can do after signing up for Bodog Poker is play in the $100,000 Guaranteed that happens every Sunday at the room.  The $100k is an excellent poker tournament because it gives people a shot at playing for tons of money every week regardless of how many people actually enter it.
