Leaderboards Award Big Prizes at Everest Poker

The spirit of competition is what drives many players to excel at the game of poker.  And, if you’re this kind of player, you’ll definitely love Everest Poker because there is lots of competition on their Tournament Leaderboards.  The Tournament Leaderboards at Everest contain a unique system which ranks the top players based on the TLB points they earn in different tourneys at Everest Poker.  Basically, the more poker tournaments you play in at Everest, the more TLB points you’re going to rack up.

Going more in-depth, you’ll earn Tournament Leaderboard points by playing in pretty much any scheduled or Sit & Go tournament.  The only tourneys where you can’t earn TLB points is in poker freerolls, private tournaments, and tourneys with Summit Point prize pools.  However, you can still earn TLB points if you use Tournament Tokens or Summit points to buy into a real money tourney.

What’s really cool about the Everest Poker Tournament Leaderboards is that there are 3 different kinds.  The first is the Multi Table leaderboard (hands out rewards monthly) and points are added to this board whenever a player participates in multi table tournaments with over 30 players.  The next type of board is the Sit & Go High (rewarded weekly and monthly) and points earned from Sit & Go’s with pot contributions of over $10 and less than 30 players go here.  The last kind of leaderboard is the Sit & Go Low (rewarded weekly and monthly as well) and this board contains points from Sit & Go’s where the pot contribution is less than $10 and the amount of players is less than $30.

If you happen to finish in the top 10 on one of these leaderboards during a week or month, then you will be rewarded with a generous amount of Summit Points.  Finishing first on the Sit & Go High leaderboard for the week will earn that player a massive 80,000 Summit Points.  2nd, 3rd, and 4th places will all receive 40,000, 20,000, and 10,000 Summit Points while places 5th through 10th will get 7,500 points.  Being the top finisher on the Sit & Go Low board will earn you 15,000 Summit Points while 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places will get 10,000, 7.500, and 5,000 SP; places 5th through 10th all get 2,000 SP.

Monthly leaderboard winners
really get major points since the top winner on the Sit & Go High board gets 200,000 Summit Points while 2nd, 3rd, and 4th all get 100,000, 50,000, and 25,000 SP; places 5th through 10th take home 18,750 SP.  The Multi Table leaderboard winner earns 160,000 SP and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places will get 80,000, 40,000, and 20,000 Summit Points; 5th through 10th receives 15,000 SP.  Sit & Go Low monthly winners will get 37,500 Summit Points while 2nd, 3rd, and 4th get 25,000, 18,750, and 12,500 SP; 5th to 10th place receives 15,000 SP.

Earning tons of Summit Points from these leaderboards will enable you to convert them to cash, buy into tournaments with them, or purchase awesome merchandise from the Summit Points Store!
