Probably the most popular online poker concept is that of freeroll tournaments.  Freerolls allow players the chance to win lots of cash without having to invest any money in a buy-in or entry fee.  The only catch is that many rooms are hesitant to offer players freeroll poker tournaments because the prize pool comes out of their pockets.  However, Bodog Poker has no reservations about holding freeroll tournaments, and they hold them daily.

Every single day Bodog has a $500 freeroll at 2:40 pm (ET) and another $500 freeroll at 9:40 pm.  And the best thing about these freeroll poker tournaments is that they cost absolutely nothing at all to enter!  No points, no back-end stipulations, you just have to be on time and register before all of the seats are taken.

Besides registering on time, the only thing you have to do to participate in Bodog’s freerolls is sign up for the room.  And it’s definitely best to sign up with the POKERWORKS bonus code because you’ll get the 110% deposit bonus up to $500 this way.  After signing up for Bodog, just go to the poker lobby and look under the “Scheduled Tournaments” tab to find the daily $500 freerolls.

What’s cool about these freeroll tourneys is that Bodog allows add-ons and rebuys as well.  Players who fall below the starting chip stack of 1,000 before the first break can just rebuy an additional 1,500 chips for $1.  After the first 60 minutes of the freeroll, players also have the option to add-on an additional 2,000 chips for $1 no matter where their stack is sitting.

Aside from the totally free $500 freerolls which offer add-ons and rebuys, Bodog also gives players the chance to participate in tournaments where their Poker Points are used for the buy-in.  Players will earn valuable Tournament Credits in freeroll poker tournaments where Poker Points are used as a buy-in.  These Tournament Credits can then be used to enter all kinds of Bodog events such as the $100,000 Guaranteed which happens every Sunday.

Getting back to the Poker Points, all a player has to do to earn these is play in ring games and tourneys at Bodog.  People will get 1 Poker Point for every $1 - $3 of rake that is generated in their ring games.  In tournaments, players will earn 3 Points for every $1 in tourney entry fees they pay.  If this isn’t enough, people will also receive a Poker Point for every 60 minutes they spend on the tables at Bodog.

The Poker Points can also be converted to cash instead of being used as a tournament buy-in which makes them extra valuable.  For every 100 Poker Points that a person converts, they’ll earn $1 back, and players are allowed to convert a maximum of 25,000 Points a month.  Essentially, a person can earn themselves an extra $250 just for collecting Bodog Poker Points.  So whether you choose to enter the freerolls, earn Points and get into tournaments free, or just convert the Points to cash, there are tons of bonuses to be earned at Bodog!
