2010 WSOP Main Event Seats From Milwaukee’s Best Light

It is never too early to begin planning for the next World Series of Poker, and though free seats are always difficult to come by, poker players can now start qualifying for them through WSOP.com courtesy of Milwaukee’s Best Light, the tournament’s official beer sponsor.

The Online Poker Challenge has already begun and will continue through November 22 for players looking to win one of two WSOP Main Event seats worth $10,000 each. Texas hold’em is the game, and free is the key word. Players simply have to go to WSOP.com, click on the Milwaukee’s Best light banner, register, and begin playing to accumulate points. Each week, the 1,000 players with the most points will compete in the weekly tournament to determine the top 100 players from that group. At the end of the month, each week’s top qualifiers will play the month-end grand prize tournament to compete for the seat.

It should be noted that in addition to earning points through play on the site, players can also earn bonus points by referring friends who register to play, answering trivia questions, and using codes worth 500 points each found in packages of Milwaukee’s Best Light, Milwaukee’s Best, and Milwaukee Best Ice beer products.

Winners will not only claim the $10,000 seats but roundtrip airfare to Las Vegas in 2010 and hotel accommodations during the stay.

WSOP Vice President Ty Stewart commented, “There’s nothing quite like playing in the World Series of Poker Main Event with a chance of instant fame and fortune. The only thing better is winning your seat for free, and this opportunity now exists thanks to our partners at Milwaukee’s Best Light.”

Action in the free Texas hold’em games is already taking place, but it’s not too late to begin playing and work toward your seat in the 2010 WSOP Main Event.
