Poker players who venture into the world of live tournament poker usually start with small tournaments at local casinos and slowly work their way toward $10,000 buy-in events or larger, though it usually takes years or the win of a satellite tournament to be afforded the opportunity to play at that level. Each Sunday at 16:30 ET, there is a $500 + $35 qualifier that will award two prize packages, every Tuesday at 21:00 ET will find a $300 + $22 qualifier to give away one package, and every Thursday at 21:00 ET presents a $1,000 + $60 satellite that will end with two package winners.
