Ladies events at major live poker tournaments are nothing new, they have been taking place for many years. Initially seen as a way to get more women involved and comfortable playing poker, Ladies Only tournaments have been in the news lately and the latest news is the addition of the Ladies Weekend at the PokerStars.net Caribbean Adventure (PCA) event next month.
