Shaun Deeb Makes Brief Return to Online Tournament Poker Shaun “shaundeeb” Deeb made a brief return to online tournament poker, but don’t get too excited, it was a freeroll. As a top 100 member of PokerStars Tournament Leaderboard Points (TLB) for the year 2009, Deeb was eligible to play in the “Yearly TLB Tournament” with a top prize of $20,000. Unfortunately for Deeb, he was never able to get anything going, finishing in 89th place.Contrary to some reports, Deeb did not retire from online poker, he retired from tournament poker.

I'm rarely envious in poker. To be envious, you have to assume you'd have the skill to actually, say, make it to the final table at the World Series of Poker, or travel the world playing in PokerStars' poker tours, or amass a stack the size of Mount Elbert at the Big Game in the Bellagio.(By the way, you probably don't know the height of Elbert. But it's the tallest mountain in Colorado. I've also climbed it. Trust me. It's tall.
