Play Famous Poker Pros Heads-Up at Bodog PokerEvery poker player dreams of playing for thousands of dollars against the top pros in the game.  And at Bodog Poker, you can make this dream a reality since they’re offering a chance to play heads-up against David Williams and Evelyn Ng for thousands of dollars.

To play Williams or Ng for lots of cash, all you have to do is top the weekly Bodog Tournament Leader Board.  And to top the leader board, you simply need to earn points in poker tournaments at Bodog.  Of course, not every tournament is equal since the buy-in, number of players, and your finish will all be a factor.  But as long as you finish in the top 20% of the tourney, you’ll be adding to your leader board points.

So if you were to finish in the top 20% of a $5,000 Guaranteed tournament , you would be earning more points than you would in a $1,000 Guaranteed (assuming the finishes were the same).  Keep in mind though that poker satellites, sit and go’s, and private tourneys don’t count towards leader board points.

To find most of the poker tournaments that will award points for the weekly leader board, make sure to choose the “Scheduled” tab and then pick the “Daily” tab.  This will bring up a lot of the tourneys that give out Tournament Leader Board Points.  Of course, you can also go to the “$100K Guaranteed” tab and buy into this massive event as well; a big finish here would earn you major points on the leader board as well as lots of cash!

Assuming you do decide to compete for the top spot on the weekly Tournament Leader Board, you should know the prizes for each place.  1st place will earn you the aforementioned chance to play Evelyn Ng or David Williams in heads-up action.  And the prize is a progressive jackpot prize since it grows until somebody beats the pro.  The starting point for this jackpot is $1,000, and it’s been as high as $16,000 in the past!

Even if you don’t get 1st place on the leader board, you can still earn lots of tournament dollars for finishing anywhere from 2nd to 15th place.  2nd and 3rd place award T$270, 4th and 5th place give out T$110, 6th through 10th place awards T$50, and 11th to 15th place will give out T$25.

The top prize is definitely the one you want to go for though!  And even if you don’t win the money (which we certainly hope isn’t the case), you can brag about having played against either Williams or Ng.  David Williams is a WSOP bracelet winner and has earned over $4 million in his career.  Evelyn Ng is one of the top female professional players, which has helped her make television appearances on shows like King of Vegas and Criss Angel Mindfreak.

If you’d like to get started on the path to topping the Bodog Tournament Leader Board and playing Evelyn Ng or David Williams for the huge jackpot, sign up for Bodog Poker using the POKERWORKS bonus code.  This will also get you the 110% deposit bonus up to $500.
