Full Tilt Fever: FTOPS XV and Rush Poker Capture Player Attention

The place to be for online poker action in February is Full Tilt Poker. Sure, there are always amazing tournaments and cash games running on the site, but the recent introduction of Rush Poker has taken the online community by storm, and the 15th installment of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS XV) is just around the corner. The action is definitely focused on Full Tilt this month!

Rush Poker was introduced to players in January, and by all accounts of poker players on social networking sites, they were intrigued and excited by it. The basic idea is to play fast poker with the ability to jump from one table to the next. Folding a hand transfers you immediately to a new table, where a new hand is dealt to play or fold, and so on. Speed poker is not for the faint of heart or the slow players, but everyone seems to be giving it a try to check out the “rush.” With various buy-ins and games - like NLHE and PLO - players are lining up to try out the new rage in online poker action.

With all that excitement, Full Tilt decided to ramp it up even more with another edition of FTOPS, this one with 27 tournaments and more than $17 million in prize money guaranteed. As the start date of February 10th quickly approaches, the names of each event’s hosting Full Tilt Pro have been added to the site, with names like Gus Hansen, Carlos Mortensen, and Chris Ferguson on the lineup thus far. The first event alone looks to garner much attention, as Erik Seidel hosts the $200 + $16 no-limit hold’em tournament to kick off the action at 9pm ET on Wednesday the 10th. And that first event boasts of a $1 million guaranteed prize pool.

Oh, don’t have a bankroll to support a $216 buy-in? Many players are in the same boat! That is why the satellite opportunities are running on a 24-hour basis leading up to the tournaments, where players can win seats into these events for as little as a dollar or some Full Tilt Points. The chances to turn a few dollars into life-changing money are running daily on Full Tilt, and there’s no reason you shouldn’t be one of the players to cash in it.

The way to get started is to sign up for an online poker account at Full Tilt Poker and use the bonus code “FTRAKEBACK27” while doing so. This will give you the ability to earn back 27 percent of your rake through regular site play. Then take a look at all of the challenges and promotions connected to the upcoming FTOPS events, and launch into action. And if multi-tabling is your thing, try a little Rush Poker in the process.

For those interested in planning for FTOPS XV, here is the schedule in full.
