Beat the Blues with Pacific Poker’s $10,000 Monday Twins Challenge

Most people consider Monday their least favorite day of the week, which is understandable. After all, the dreaded M day marks the end of the weekend and the symbolic return to the daily grind. But you can’t let the Monday blues get you down. Take a deep breath, lift your spirits and charge on, full speed ahead. And in case things get too tough, remember that at the end of the day there is something you can look forward to and enjoy—Pacific Poker’s $10,000 Monday Twins Challenge.

Two tournaments every Monday night: the Royal at 20:35 and the Flush at 20:55 (GMT). Each of the Twins Challenge tournaments has a buy-in of $20 + $2 and cash prizes ranging from free buy-ins to other online Pacific Poker tournaments to the $10,000 top prize, depending on same-day performance in the events. Both tournaments have a good structure with a 3k starting stack, 15 minute blinds starting at 10/20 and antes that kick in from level 7.

The object is to do well in both tournaments at the same time. If you finish in the money in both Monday Twins Challenge tournaments on the same day, you’ll receive free buy-ins to the following week’s Monday Twins Challenge tournaments—a $44 value. Make the final table in both Monday Twins Challenge tournaments on the same day and you get seats to ALL of the following month’s $50,000 Sunday Challenge tournaments, which is worth a minimum of $320.

From here it gets even better. If you win one of the Twins Challenge tournaments and reach the final table in the other on the same day, you’ll win $1,000. Win one of the Twins Challenge tournaments and finish second in the other and you will receive a $2,500 cash prize. And if you’ve got what it takes to win both Monday Twins Challenge tournaments on the same day, you’ll get $10,000 cash, as well as your winnings in each of the tournaments.

Certain restrictions apply. Players can only win one prize from each Monday Twins Challenge and cannot accumulate prizes. Multiple winners will be credited the cash equivalent of their prize. Players can only win one set of $10,000 Monday Twins Challenge tickets to the following week’s tournaments and only one set of $50,000 Sunday Challenge tickets to the following month’s tournaments. And online tournament prizes cannot be sold or refunded.

To get started, simply open the tournament tab from the lobby and choose your challenge. If you’re not already a member, download Pacific Poker, create a new account, make a deposit and 100% up to $400 bonus is yours. And with our POKERWORKS bonus code, you’ll receive an additional 25% Instant bonus. There is a limit of one bonus per household or one bonus per computer terminal.

Playing Pacific Poker’s Twin Challenge may seem twice as difficult, but the rewards are well worth the effort. In fact, as you’re bankroll grows, so may your fondness for Mondays!
