Full Tilt Fever: 2010 WSOP Main Event Seats Up for Grabs

The time for the biggest tournament series of the year is quickly approaching. The 2010 World Series of Poker is less than two months away from its start date at the end of May, which means that the Main Event - the tournament of which every poker player in the world dreams of playing - is on the horizon.

The WSOP Main Event costs $10,000 to enter, and most people don’t have that kind of spare change in their back pockets. What is a poker enthusiast to do? The answer is simple, and Full Tilt Poker has it. There are hundreds of seats ready to be given away, and Full Tilt provides multiple ways and round-the-clock chances to win. Not only will hundreds of players win the opportunity to play in the tournament of a lifetime, but they will also walk away with enough money to get to Las Vegas, set up their accommodations, and take care of their expenses while in Sin City.

And the chances provided by Full Tilt Poker are many, ranging from freerolls to satellites, all running at various times to allow people anywhere in the world and with any type of daily schedule to be able to enter. At the time of this writing 39 seats have been awarded, and it will likely be 40-something by the time you read this. There is no reason that you can’t claim one of those seats as your own.

The first thing to do is download Full Tilt Poker. Using the bonus code “POKERWORKS” during the process will allow you to be eligible for a 100% bonus on any initial deposit of up to $600, and all of the tournaments and satellites and cash games that you’ll play in the coming weeks will earn that bonus.

Second, take a look at all of the possible ways to earn those WSOP seats. There is the $1 Main Event Seat tournament every Sunday at 1:30pm ET, where just $1 is all it takes to enter. There are Daily Shootout tournaments every single day of the week at 3:30pm ET and 9:30pm ET, and out of the 81-player fields, one Main Event seat will be awarded each time. There are Direct Qualifiers running five times a week. And on June 20, there will be a 150-Seat Main Event Guarantee where an astounding 150 seats will be awarded.

Third, keep an eye out for other promotions coming soon. There will be freeroll tournaments set up soon in the Race to the Main Event promotion that will award 50 seats, and the freerolls will run at all times of the days and nights. And from June 14 to June 20, Main Event Week will feature numerous chances to win a seat.

The excitement of the 2010 WSOP is also celebrated in other ways. Not only can players play in Race for Bracelets events on Full Tilt to win $2K prize packages that can be used for any of the preliminary events during the World Series summer, but players can compete online in the Fantasy WSOP pool by creating their virtual poker playing team to watch throughout the 2010 Series, as the winner of that contest will win a seat into the 2011 WSOP Main Event.

The winning never stops at Full Tilt, but with the WSOP just around the corner, there is more excitement than ever! And keep this site bookmarked for more details about the Full Tilt WSOP promotions, as all of the ways to win will be detailed here in the coming months.
